This one-off 3 hour Therapeutic Immersion offers a powerful pause. A chance to step out of the compulsive rhythm of modern life and reconnect with your soul’s natural pace.

Using the evocative myth of The Red Shoes, we will explore what drives the dance of over-functioning and help you gently take off what no longer serves — the pressure, the pace, the patterns.

You’ll leave with deeper self-awareness, creative tools for regulation, and a felt sense of calm rooted in your body.


In this session, you’ll:

  • Explore the myth of The Red Shoes and how it speaks to your lived experience
  • Reflect on what drives your inner compulsion to keep going — even when you’re exhausted
  • Take part in a guided visualisation to symbolically step out of the “shoes” that no longer serve
  • Create your own Soul Rhythm Card — a visual reminder of your true pace and power
  • Close with a ritual to honour your return to self and stillness
