Reclaiming Self-Worth, Identity & Belonging
Inspired by the tale of The Ugly Duckling
A 2 Hour Therapeutic Immersion

About the Journey
Have you spent years trying to fit in — twisting yourself into shapes that don’t feel true?
Perhaps you’ve been told you were too sensitive, too much, too intense, too different — and somewhere along the way, you stopped believing in your own value.
In the story of The Ugly Duckling, a young swan is raised among ducks and spends his early life misunderstood, rejected, and unseen. Only later does he discover his true identity, and realise he was never wrong, just different.
This 3-hour therapeutic session is a journey of remembering who you really are beneath the layers of masking, pleasing, or hiding. It’s for anyone exploring neurodivergence, identity, or the longing to feel whole and worthy, just as they are.
In this session, you’ll:
- Reflect on the tale of The Ugly Duckling as a metaphor for your own journey
- Explore internalised messages of shame, difference, or “not enoughness”
- Engage in self-compassion practices and creative expression
- Identify what you need to feel safe, seen, and truly yourself
- Create a Thrive Map — your personal guide to living in alignment with your truth
This journey is for you if:
- You’ve struggled to belong or feel “normal”
- You’re exploring neurodivergence (e.g. ADHD, autism, sensitivity)
- You’ve adapted to fit others’ expectations and now want to come home to yourself
- You’re ready to stop apologising for who you are — and start celebrating it
